What Makes ABL Unique?

 Exclusive CEO Round Tables

Engage with fellow Healthcare and Tech CEOs in structured, high-impact discussions designed to challenge, support, and refine leadership strategies.

Industry-Specific Focus

Unlike general CEO networking groups, ABL Members operate in either Healthcare or Technology, ensuring that each conversation is highly relevant, actionable, and tailored to the challenges of their industry.

Results-Driven Structure

ABL meetings are focused, time-efficient, and strategically guided, ensuring meaningful discussions and real takeaways to enhance your leadership and company growth.

Our History

1983 – The Beginning

ABL was founded as the Southern California Technology Executives Network (SO/CAL/TEN) to support tech leaders in navigating industry challenges.

1987 – A Defining Moment

The 1987 stock market crash left many technology companies struggling.
Those that thrived did so by leveraging their strategic adaptability and peer-driven insights.

1990 – A New Identity

To reflect the resilient, forward-thinking nature of its members, the Organization rebranded as Adaptive Business Leaders (ABL). A name that embodies the spirit of leaders – including those leading Healthcare organizations – who want to evolve to drive business success.
